Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include planning production schedules, supervising production teams, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting operational issues, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines. Additionally, the Production Manager will drive process improvements and maintain safety and compliance standards within the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
Strong expertise in quality control, process monitoring, and safety regulations
Team leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with industrial cleaning systems or related manufacturing processes is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or a related field
Proven work experience in production management or similar roles
