Key Responsibilities:

• Need to provide Sheet metal & Fabrication Drawings.

• Meeting with the product development team to discuss product concepts.

• Calculating product feasibility costs and returns on investment.

• Creating design concepts based on customer needs, finances, and market research.

• Making rough product designs with sketches and computer software.

• Creating comprehensive product designs and specifications utilizing computer software modelling approaches.

• Choosing product materials and planning the product manufacturing process..

• Ensure project completion is successful and efficient by planning and implementing strategies with other functions and key stakeholders.

• Apply technical knowledge to address design challenges or assess the suitability of solutions for varied applications.

• Assist the Design Team, Production Team, Quality Team, and Sales Team with technical aspects of their deliverables such as manufacturing engineering, EHS, suppliers, quality, and operations.

• Meet the demands of internal and external customers by documenting, comprehending, and prioritizing their needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sheet Metal Design

• Prior experience in the field of air filtration is preferred (fume extractor, dust collector, wet scrubber, dusting)

• Proven experience in Sheet metal Design.

• Comprehensive knowledge of technical products and engineering principles.

• Capacity to direct and inspire a Design Team.

• Submitting the drawing on time.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks Sheet metal Design and AutoCAD Design.

• Project management abilities and strategic planning.

• Ability to travel if needed.
